Bringing a new housing
development to life
The Task:
To deliver a suite of complimentary development brochures, which could be tailored to meet an individual customer’s requirements for a new shared ownership development in Clapham North.
We Delivered:
Working in collaboration with award winning design agency HTA Design and their client, the Notting Hill Housing Group, we have created an impressive display of brochures to effectively promote Notting Hill’s exciting new development, The Yard. Individual floor plan brochures, packaged together with a host brochure in an outer sleeve with fastening provided both a stylish and practical solution to show the variety of homes off to their best advantage. We worked closely with HTA from a very early stage and produced a range of working dummies, as well as print testing several stocks prior to agreeing a final brief to ensure the finished product perfectly complimented the development, while also working within our client’s budget.
The Results:
The end result was a really eye catching brochure that included a variety of smart finishing techniques, including a soft touch lamination, black gloss foil and a string and washer closure.
